Synthesis of Glycoprotein Inhibitory Agents Sinuxylamide A-E

Abstract

Synthesis of natural products Sinuxylamides A-E has been accomplished. The synthesis started from commercially available, L-Tyrosine. The key reactions in the synthesis are amide formation, Mitsunobu etherification and ester hydrolysis.
